We want you to be completely satisfied with every product or service you purchase from Chinook Fabrication and Design.com.  If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you may return it within 14 days from the date you received the product.   A full refund minus the original shipping charges will be made.  The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost.   The product must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging.  See (Returns) section below.

Shipping

​

Free shipping to Canada & USA with tracking #.  All other countries contact us for a shipping quote.

​

Most orders will be shipped within (1) business days of being purchased.  We will provide an update to the purchaser once the package has shipped.

​

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post unless a special request is made prior to purchase.  We strive for a delivery time of (5) to (7) business days.  All of our products are shipped with a tracking number provided unless otherwise noted.

​

We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during shipment.  Should a shipment become lost or experience and unusual delay, all efforts will be exhausted to retrieve a lost item including filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged product due to shipping must be reported to us the day the package is received (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Payments

​

We do not process any credit card transactions and therefore, we do not store any credit card data.

​

As a security protection to the purchaser and to Chinook Fabrication and Design we utilize a 3rd Party Entity (Paypal) to process all purchase transactions.

​

Again, as a security protection our only form of payment is via Paypal.

​

Our items are also available for purchase on Ebay.

Returns

​

Please contact us before returning any item. A return authorization number is required before returning any product.

​

Damaged product due to shipping must be reported to us the day the package is received (NO EXCEPTIONS).

​

If you are to return an item, it must be returned in the original unopened packaging, and must be new and never installed.

​

Any parts installed for fitment or any other purpose are non-returnable.

​

We are not responsible for damage to any of our products due to the installer.

​

All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipment tracking received date.

​

Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed unless we are in error and you received the wrong part.

​

Special order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.

​

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

​

All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Returns on Services

​

No returns will be accepted on services rendered. Services are non-refundable. If there was an error in a service rendered please contact us immediately.
