SnoScoot SV-80 / SnoSport SV-125 Hydraulic Brake Conversion Kit​
 
Upgrade your cable operated brake system to a hydraulic setup. The hydraulic setup provides a significant improvement in braking power and stopping distance. This is a much safer alternative for smaller kids that don't have strong hands to activate the original cable operated system. The Yamaha hydraulic brake system also has provisions for adjusting the brake lever closer to the handlebar. This makes the brake lever easier to reach for kids with smaller hands.
 
The caliper mount is precision CNC machined from high quality 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum. Very strong and lightweight. We also provide a shot peened surface treatment to reduce micro abrasions and surface fractures. 100 percent tested for one year on a SnoScoot.
 
The conversion kit is reliable and positioned well for clearance and comes with the hardware to install it.The headlight switch mount utilizes the original OEM Yamaha SnoScoot headlight switch and allows for mounting anywhere on the handlebar. The headlight switch mount is manufactured with a high quality durable ABS thermoplastic. Complete with installation hardware.
